October 31 2007 .......Halloween at Flynn's Irish Pub, This was Chad's one year anniversary of being in the band. I think last year, Chad had been in the band 3 weeks, and we played all 4 songs we knew. I think we played 14 songs last night, which is every damn song we know, and a couple we don't. ;)

the bad news.....
Unfortunately, we were without our trusty tour manager Frank Jackson
who gets us set up to play, so it was all up to us last night. I broke
a string on the 4th song, the PA was clipping constantly, Jerry's rig,
AND Donny's rig stopped working at different points in the show. It is
now the day after, and I just realized I didnt close my tab and my
debit card is still at the Pub.........damn.
the good news........
Ex-coworker Suzanne and her husband Paul came out. Pub owner Martin
O'Flynn was in rare form sporting a silver mohawk. There was an
appearance by the Guiness girls....... what is that about anyway? I
mean, it's an Irish Pub....people are drinking the shit out of Guiness
anyway... but thanks for the Guiness necklace! The MVP award goes to
Chads's lovely assistant Farah for helping us out !!
Big thanks to all the regulars for hanging out and putting up with our
bullshit, and thanks to the Benbrook PD for not showing up again.
